KTA-Cortex Oy will become part of Cortex Oy on 01.01.2024.

KTA-Cortex Oy and Cortex Oy have agreed on a business transaction inside the KTA-Cortex Group, in which the maintenance business of KTA-Cortex Oy will become part of Cortex Oy on 01.01.2024.
As a result of the transaction, all of KTA-Cortex’s maintenance personnel and the maintenance operations will be transferred to Cortex Oy from the same date, 01.01.2024. In the arrangement, Cortex Oy takes the company’s subsidiary names Cortex-Service and KTA-Service.
With the business transaction within the KTA-Cortex group, more efficiency of the service is sought. We also believe that this change will bring clarity and the opportunity to develop our services even better.
After 01.01.2024 the billing address of maintenance services will be:

We prefer receiving invoices by email to poinvoices@cortex.fi

The service facilities will remain unchanged in Espoo, Kutojantie 5 and in Tampere, Tehdaskartanonkatu 15.
